Atlantic Tire King Custom Wheel & Tire Package Agreement
Fitment Responsibility & Guarantees
Atlantic Tire King guarantees physical package fitment only when selections are guided and verified by our official vehicle search tool. If you purchase custom wheel or tire sizes outside of OEM specifications, or request fitments requiring aftermarket suspension modifications (e.g. lift kits, leveling kits, fender rolling, spacers), the owner assumes full responsibility for any clearance or rubbing issues.
Custom Mounted Packages are Final Sale
Once wheels and tires are mounted and balanced, they are considered custom-built products assembled to order. Consequently, all mounted packages are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled. Please double-check your vehicle specs and option selections prior to completing your purchase.
Free Shipping Eligibility (The Maritimes)
Free shipping is available on qualifying orders shipped within the Maritimes, including New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island (Newfoundland and Labrador excluded unless otherwise stated). To qualify, your order must include a minimum of four (4) tires or four (4) wheels in a single shipment. Orders fulfilled from our Moncton, Oromocto, Saint John, and Fredericton locations are subject to carrier availability and inventory at the shipping location. Atlantic Tire King reserves the right to modify shipping eligibility, carriers, and delivery timelines. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Shipping Transit Damage Claims
All shipped shipments must be thoroughly inspected for transit damage within 48 hours of delivery. Any visual surface scrapes, rim bends, or packaging ruptures must be documented, photographed, and reported to Atlantic Tire King immediately before fully unwrapping or mounting the wheels to your vehicle. Claims submitted after wheels have been bolted on will not be approved.
Transit Timelines & Delivery Disclaimers
All transit and arrival timelines listed on our website (e.g. "4 Days Away", "12 Days Away") are calculated based on normal operations and represent best-case estimates under optimal logistics scenarios. Unexpected shipping delays can occur due to weather anomalies, carrier backlogs, routing disruptions, or custom clearance holds. Atlantic Tire King does not guarantee exact delivery dates and will not be held liable for any installation appointment delay fees or third-party vehicle downtime costs incurred due to carrier shipping delays.
Unmounted Return Restocking Fees
For returns of standard, unmounted tires or wheels in their original box and brand-new condition, a 15% restocking fee will apply. The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return freight shipping to our central Moncton distribution facility. All returns require prior written Return Goods Authorization (RGA).
